Thresh was (and still is, I'd imagine) the top FPS gamer in the world. Back in the days of Quake he won many a tournament, including some pretty amazing prizes (like a Ferrari), and was without question the best gamer out there. In fact, I think he retired entirely from pro gaming, although I could be wrong on that. Anyway, now he runs Firingsquad.com, I believe.



I guess Thresh isn't THAT well known anymore, considering that many people who play CS haven't ever played Quake or Doom. Oh well.
