Cheating-Death 4.21.1 Released

United Admins has released an update to their popular anti-cheat tool, Cheating Death. This new update fixes some problems found in the previous version of CD 4.21.0. The following is the full post on their official page:

We have released a new client version of Cheating-Death to deal with the problems some users have been having with the last version. Problems with Natural Selection support, Code 40 and Code 50 have been resolved. Furthermore we would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused to our users.

How ironic, I downloaded CD a week ago for the specific purpose to play on this natural selection server.

I've just been taking my chances on unsecured NS3b4a servers. Getting back into NS has been rather difficult for me, really, after quitting when v2 came out.



I don't miss the bugs and frequent server crashes, but I do miss alien class choice being limited by hive control. Actually, there are several changes that make the game play quite differently, and I'm still not a fan of them.



On the bright side, I guess it gives me a small amount of understanding for those who loved CS1.3 or something. In other news, C-D is not very interesting to talk about. :P
