    Counter-Strike.nu's Profile of the Week

Swedish site Counter-Strike.nu has conducted yet another interview in their "Profile of the Week" series, and this time Norwegian player bsl is getting grilled.
At the moment we're more like the 3rd best team after 4k and Infinity-eSports. We will be the no 1 team in the UK in a matter of months though.
That's the fellow in question talking about his current clan, UK based Team-AMD Gamer. He's got a lot to say, and you can read the rest of the interview here.

And secondly why does everyone view the Sweeds as gods in the game of CS? I mean they did it for Korean's with Starcraft...

The Starcraft scene in Korea is much bigger than the US, or anywhere else, and when the scene is bigger, the money is bigger. When the money is bigger, the players are more likely to want to play and get better, thus we have Koreans dominating Starcraft (True Koreans, not just people of Korean blood/descent). While the race doesn't have to do with them being good at the game, the area does. Swedes aren't good because of their genetic makeup, (this has been said countless times but..) the area in Sweden for online and LAN play is probably the best in the world. The connections are good, and cheap. The country is small, allowing for low pings no matter what side of the country you play from, and like bsl said, the net cafe's over there are some of the best in the world.
