Yes, and a revised email was sent out an hour or so later advising that we would be keeping the server online, after feedback from the users who didn't mind waiting for the attacks to die down, and who didn't want to opt for accounts to be moved over.
In any case, if either of you two are unhappy with the level of service you have recieved, submit a support ticket with your request for cancellation and we will be happy to refund you in full for this month.
The server in question is now back online, as per our internal global sent out this evening. We have spent alot of money having the attacks dampened on this server, which most companies wouldn't of even considered, especially on a value host such as Panelhosting. If you're not happy with the resolution to the problem, we will be happy to refund you for this months service and cancel your account.
