CS2 & New ATI's?

Well, no. But The Inquirer, a tech tabloid, is claiming that ATI is going to ship Counter-Strike 2 with X800PRO and XT cards. The Inquirer is an entertaining but often misleading read. So check it out, but be wary:

ATI IS QUIET about what is happening on the bundling front but we heard that there will be more than one way to play in this game. As we said earlier, here, ATI will bundle Counter Strike 2 with its X800PRO/XT cards. Its retail partners have to pay and make the decision whether they want it, and will pay for it.

These cards are both shipping this very month, so I hope Valve finishes up CS2 pretty quickly! If I may take the leap, this story probably isn't true.

So THAT's why The Inquirer wouldn't post my story about a 6 ton gorilla in my backyard! They only accept scoops that are hilariously untrue! Well, even if it is true, would they pull that deal out at the last minute? I guess we'll have to see what VALVe says at E3...
