This all stems from children playing adult games. lol! All joking aside, I don't know how old this guy is but if mom and dad had to sigh as well. He must me under 18? Let's assume he is, we all know kids change their minds like they change underware and take showers some three times a day. So the parents are partly to blame here, there fault maybe for having exit options in the contract. If the guy continues to play and get carpel tunnel syndrome are they gonna pay him compensation for the remainder of his life? Probably not, they will use they're corporate money to buy out his contract. Sounds like a case for exploiting a minor to me.
