All through the month of April, Valve has announced an extension to their special offer intended for Cyber Cafés. A total of 33% in savings for a license that is valid for over a year (12 months) for Valve's games can be obtainable. Along with a license for all of "Valve's available Steam content" comes with tournament licenses, promotional materials, and much more.
