    Condition Zero Review

Stylsy has reviewed Condition Zero, where it details the high and low points of the recently published game. It starts with an overview of the "Tour of Duty" mode, and covers the bots and remaining features of the game extensively in this 2 page review.
I have a high regard for Ritual Entertainment, they put a lot of effort into making high quality games, and their work on Condition Zero is no exception. Ritual have made some beautiful new weapon models and sounds, as well as new equipment suited to the single player missions such as a blowtorch and radio, which all add to the realistic feel of the game. The counter-terrorist and terrorist player models are also very handsome and it is a really big shame that Valve and Turtle Rock didn't incorporate them into the rest of the game to give Condition Zero the updated feel it deserves.
This is a great review for those still debating whether or not to fork over $29.95 for CZ via Steam. Should this apply to you, this mentionable review might be of high interest indefinitely.

I think it would be beneficial if this website - or ANY CS website, for that matter - never mention Condition Zero ever again.

    Ever.

i am inclined to agree with Relica. I think CZ was a failure and a waste of time.

This review is crazed. The Deleted Scenes are an abomination - even the "updated" models look clumsy. The Turtle Rock section may be fairly short but at least it's an attempt at something interesting, unlike Ritual's rehash of the already-crap Elite Force 2.

The deleted scenese are the only thing worth having. Why would I pay more money for some good looking maps, or bots? I want new models/sounds! I'm going to find where I can get them later, or I'll just download one of the models/sound packs from a website.

hes right street and you know it, rituals CZ is a hell of a lot better than turtle rocks. ritual have put alot more effort into their CZ, with the new models/sounds/anims/sprites, intro movies, scripted sequences. none of that in turtle rocks CZ.

bots and maps dont make a game. everything listed above makes a game.

                  Point proven.

                  thank you.

Not a bad review. I know for the next 24 hours or so gogamer.com has CS:CZ in a jewel case for 19.90 + 6 shipping USD. Just helping some fellow players out as I just picked it up at that price!

Now I'm inclined to agree with Andeh.

Ritual tried to boost the actual image and standard of CS. They deserve a lot of credit for that. Frankly, Turtle Rock was just another useless name tacked on for lacking achievments in the ever-festering CZ world.

Too many people are being praised for their "work" with CZ. I mean, these people are charging $40 for a repackaged CS with an overdose of hype and inflated egos.....and a severe lack of quality.
