shaGuar: It's all dependant on landing the right sponsors. The problem with NoA is we can't just practice online on a daily basis and then fly to an event with simply a travel sponsor. We need lots of resources since it's a necessity that we are all flown to the same location to boot camp since we're from different parts of the world, and that costs money. Hopefully things will be looking up soon, but nothing's set in stone.
