    NoA Site and Movie Release

NoA, the world's 2nd best team currently, has released their new website and their long awaited movie from Sebastien Poirier/Griffin Benger (also known as shaGuar), entitled The Fellowship of NoA, which is comprised of "footage following NoA's success throughout CXG and CPL" as stated from their new site. The following is an excerpt from a review of this movie done by gotFrag:
Not often does GotFrag release movie information on the front page of our site, but tonight is a little different. Two reasons for this, first the announcement and presentations of our newest member and one of the staples of the new "Prime" Movie section, Ryan Van Artsdalen. The second is the release of the one of the best movies in a long time from the second best team in the World, NoA. GotFrag presents you the "Fellowship of NoA."
It is great to see one of the world's top premiere clans come out with their highly anticipated movie, along with their very own website as the icing on the cake. For those uninformed, NoA is known as the 1st intercontinental eSports team. Check out the movie right here, and also a great review here.

I'm really not a fan of how csflicks is set up, or a lot of sites in general. Quite honestly, it seems like too many sites these days are requiring you to log in to do just about anything. I mean, can you imagine if CSN made you log in to visit any of the links we put up? I can totally understand making someone log in before they post, and maybe even before you download from that specific site, but other sites? CVG is another classic example...

So yeah, I just hate the trend. :-\

Yes, it is really really starting to get annoying. It's one thing that you have to make a new account for every forum you go to basically (except for a few that offer guest accounts), that's annoying enough, when you want to ask quick questions at many forums that you'll never use again, but having to make accounts just to download files... I mean it doesn't give them anything, it just wastes our time.

If you guys dont like their method then try out http://www.esportsea.com - Much faster DL time ... 220 KB/Sec vs GotFrags 50KB/SEC vs CSFlicks "You never know how fast" torrent method (you never know because idiots hop off the DL once they are finished and don't help seed the files)

Rule of Ettiquite for torrenting files: Uncap your upload speed and help seed until you have Uploaded as much as you have Downloaded

looks nothing like the 3d site to me

I only make my users login to download and it's not completely horrible, it's easy just like CSN's login. (cept you don't force it)

Well, the movie is alright, though I think it's abit cheap that they used some of the same music that was also used in the last SK movie. Few nice frags here and there, but it doesn't really make NoA look like the quality players that they really are.

As for havign to login to download it, grow up. It takes all of five seconds to register if you haven't already got an account. It's not going to kill you, and sometimes sites need to keep their membr numbers up so that their sponsers continue to sponser them - if nobody registered then the sponsers may think it's not worth advertising on those sites and would stop. Might not be the case here but it's often the case else where.

Not often do they release movies, but this is a little different. There is one reason for that. Because it's movie of shaguar's clan. Thats it :) Every time i see a movie link on gotfrag, it's shaguar's...

About login issue, it's like: be my member and i'll share my resources with you. You can not have a huge downloads section and make it anonymously available at the same time.

The frags were awesome but the special effects went way overboard. They overdid it and it got in the way of seeing how sweet some of those shots.

Hopefully, movie-makers will take this into consideration next time. The effects were good, but I don't need a goddamn speed-up/shaky screen/zoom on EVERY SINGLE frag. Please.

I loved the nade bombings - So rad! If only we could get people to do that in pubs (ahhhh - dreams)

Movie was well put together and they did not butcher every frag with a shitty effect. It was funny (dancing goat with Michael Jackson moves) and showed their talent very well. I loved how they showed those wall shot kills. MY only gripe would be that there was too much Train footage and not enough other CPL maps on their.
