PantheonES asked me to conduct an Interview with Gary 'Siege' Sanchez, new manager to NoA, to find out a little more about what he's doing to keep the team on the competitive and marketing edge.

NoA|Siege:: The main challenge that we face as a team at the moment is securing the financial resources to allow the team to be able to compete at a World class level. The managerial work is a bit different considering I had expanded Team Rival to be one of North America's first multi-gaming powerhouses (now many teams are doing it), but in the end - it's still work.
