I don't know of any other websites that sell news posts so in some ways I think it does cross the line a bit. However, I think popups and those silly full-screen ads are much more annoying than the news posts, since these news posts are always relevant services that teams can actually use.

I agree, but until it can be enforced AND LAN teams are banned from online leagues, it is a necessity.

i just got vent like 5days ago and its great my clan leader just bought a chanel/server for it for like $6 a month dunno where he got it but anyways its a good investment and is easier to get hold of clan members for a quick scrim/match then using AIM,msn etc
