ZTK Mapping Contest

Are you a Counter-Strike mapper? If so, put your skills to the test in Zero Tolerance Killers mapping contest. The grand prize is a modest $200, while the runner up shall acquire a $50 cash prize, and the 3rd prize being an unlimited website. This contest has an explicit deadline of May 1st. As always, only 100% original maps will be accepted and judged on their following guideline below:

A so called peaceful terrorist group have taken over a small outpost. Upon realizing that there encampment has been discovered they have decided to blow up there ammo dumps.

The Counter Terrorist must beat them to the dumps in order to uncover the evidence and prove to the U.N that they are indeed Terrorists.

Lastly, a final guideline should be mentioned, as "you may enter as many maps" you want to submit. This is a great way for any mappers to get their name out and become recognized. Have questions? Click here for all the details.

I say someone tries something new...like a new location or a new premise...but actually good..have the locale actually affect or at least contribute in some way to gameplay



Suggestions for new exciting locations: and office complex, south american jungle ruins, a desert like fortification, a house, a wherehouse, an airliner.....wait a tick



simple..but visually stunning and balanced is the key...try and make something that we havent seen before...i know its hard...i couldnt do it...but with the millions of cs agmer and thousands of mappers...there has gotta be some good new ideas....go get em troops. (ends rant) ...my condolences
