No, they aren't. About all the skins I d/led from that site weren't compatible and it was so annoying to have to go back and delete them.

All of our skins here on CSN are 1.6 compatible, but I haven't had a chance to check all of the CotDGG's skins yet, personally. I was there a good week ago or so, though, and everything was still CS1.5, so I dunno...

well nighthawk that must have been the un-updated version...

im looking forward to see the model database grow and grow and grow. i've already seen some nice models i never saw before. be sure to keep all the crap stuff out, though.
