CyRus reports that gaming clan Schroet Kommando has gained a new sponsor - graphics card manufacturer NVIDIA. NVIDIA, who also sponsor Team3D, will be providing SK's Counter-Strike, Warcraft3 and FIFA with financial support and some of their latest products.
This latest deal, which sees NVIDIA join companies such as Intel, Komplett and Shuttle in sponsoring SK, is a reflection of the growing commercial interest in e-sports. Clans such as SK are now a focus of a lot of international finance.
