Hey guys in the game of Counter-Strike there are these thing called "rounds" and when one round is over and the next round starts; all the players "respawn", even if you already killed them! Thus you can end up killing the same player twice, or even six times!

funny thing is

i saw my friend play the leaked copy of this but that wasnt supposed to contain those missions they have in the screenshots, they were supposed to be in the classics area, because valve thought they did a poor job...

In the game of Counter-Strike you can, but in the game of Condition Zero you cannot. You know why?

Because it's never coming out.

For a minute I thought all the screens were of the shitty ritual version, then I remembered some of the missions being included as deleted scenes. I coulda shat myself!

I know. But killing 6, SIX BOTS TO COMPLETE A MAP? thats 60 if we have 10 maps. it will take about 20-30(-40 on uber hard skill level) minutes to finish the whole game.

I ordered CZ from amazon.com since they said it was in stock and would ship in 24 hours on December 31st. I did this just as a fun experiment, since I know the game is really never coming out. Each day so far they've changed the ship date to the following day, it's quite hilarious. I did get my free CZ trading cards though. They, like the official strategy guide, are based solely on the ritual missions and models, only some of which will be in the "gold" version of the game. This whole project has been such a damn joke, I can hardly believe it.

99% of them are from the deleted scenes. Old - finished that ages ago...

So are all the new weapons stated in this article just in the deleted scenes section, and will they actually be available in multiplayer? Or is that just more misinformation...

I think the only new thing(s) are the 6 shots showing ye olde models. Although you can assume that the deleted scene pictures are new- I know I haven't seen them before!



But the now-deleted-scenes look decidedly like SOF. Which sucks. Hopefully valve will update the AI in the deleted scenes (in the future?) but ATM it seems unlikely.



By the way- another thing on the TOD screen; note how several of the maps have the default sky background, which mean that some official mappers presumably have made a real NOOB mistake (well, when it comes to mapping! But the new CZ maps look a bit better).



I still don't get why we won't have region-specific player models- even it were with the default models, at least then there would be some consistency in maps (SAS, GSG9 and GIGN in London? Eh?). Come on, if Day of Defeat can do region-specific player models, surely CS can!!



Thats another thing- notice how DOD has infinite visual updates, and CS doesn't?

Yeah, the M4A1 is one of my favorite weapons (along with a lot of other people) I can only hope that on my screen it will look a tad bigger... or just get some quality skins.

Really?! Where'd ya read that? The screen shots look a little pixelated around the corners, I blame the computer from which the screen was taken from.

I dont get it. These models we see are basically the Ritual ones, it doesnt make sense! Does anyone know what the hell is happening?? On Amazon the release date is March 25, can they push it back any further?

We need damn answers...
