gotFrag has details for GOTY, or Gamer of the Year. These are awards for Male/Female Player and Male/Female Team of the Year which will all be presented by Cyber X Gaming on January 11th in Las Vegas.

It's hard to rise above the crowd in the online gaming community. Every major sport has awards that every player strives to attain. Most sports call them MVP awards but eSports will now call it GOTY, or Gamer of the Year. With sponsors as big as the gaming community itself, Microsoft, ATI, AMD and Sennheiser all jump on board to help support the creation of these awards.

gotFrag is merely "running the whole selection process", but both you and I will be the one nominating and then voting. Let us hope there won't be a recount.

Stop bickering. I have the most sensible name out of all of you so I should be gamer of the year. Game-playing ability and sportsmanship mean squat. Sensible names are where it's at.
