HLTooLz v2.3

Version 2.3 of the popular program HLTooLz has been released. Many changes were added to the update as well as a good amount of bug fixes.

The way HLT looks is one of the major changes, default font is now verdana, which imo looks better then the default MS font. The HLT dialog form is now also smaller, which means those of you with a resolution of 800x600 (in windows) will now be able to see the full form, and not just "the top bit" :). Also, HLT is now FULLY COMPATIBLE WITH STEAM! In previous versions, the tweaks were negated after a mapchange.

huh ? u on drugs :S

i got 72 - 99fps even before i installed this App
