    Interview with Cliffe

    Half-Life.org is running an interview with Counter-Strike co-creator Jess Cliffe on the upcoming CS:CZ release.
    Pratt: Which personal accomplishment are you proudest of?

    Jess Cliffe: Coming from the MOD community, our team was really proud just to get a game on store shelves.
    Cliffe feels pride while the community feels relief! It's quite a lengthy interview, so head over to Half-Life.org and take a look.

    CS-Nation posted our own Jess Cliffe interview last Saturday; our interview focuses on CS for the Xbox.

    From the interview:
    Pratt: What personal accomplishment are you proudest?

    Jess Cliffe: Coming from the MOD community, our team was really proud just to get a game on store shelves. Being able to walk into the game store you've been visiting for years and see a game you helped create is a great feeling.
    Well said! The interview was very well done, very different from the others which cover what I knew previously.

          Minh Le is still working with Cliffe on CS, just that Cliffe has joined VALVe as an employee while Minh Le didn't.

                      I have been told by VALVe that Minh Le is an employee of VALVe.

                        There was an interview in CGW with Cliff, basically saying the same things. Good interview though.

                            Heh, it was what, 2 years ago that video came out showing gooseman living in Canada, working on CS2, and saying he had been hired by a software company to do so?

                            It's kind of funny that VALVe's employee listing on their site is rather incomplete, but then again, considering how often anything web-related gets updated by VALVe, it's not surprising at all, heh. :)

                            And yes... that was my shortest post ever. Sorry to disappoint you, but words failed me at the moment for how to respond to that horribly inaccurate statement of "fact."

                              community relief = community spending money

                              therefore

                              street = rizzuh.
