Same here but I get 300FPS (average 200)
Funny how I run constant 99/100 fps which Opengl, graphics are sharper too. I just hate D3D. This goes with all games, like UT2k3StreaK wrote..
You should have had common sense to keep it lol...Anything could happen that would require you to re-enter it...

Have you tried turning V-Sync OFF for openGL? That will give you give you a boost in frame rate at the cost of a little prettiness
Heres my problem. With openGL my I get around 40 fps at 640 x 480 and even worse at resolutions higher than that. If I shoot my gun or use my flashlight it drops to around 25 -30 fps. Not very playable for me. In D3d I...Comment

What videocard do you have? Do you have the latest drivers?

Not very playable for me. In D3d I get around 70-99 fps at 640 x 480. Looks better too except for smoke nades for which look like frigging popcorn kernels (which I'm none too happy about). Right now I'm sticking to 1.5, but I'm worried that the D3d problems some people like me are having aren't going to be resolved by the time WON goes down (however unlikely that might be) or just aren't going to be fixed considering only people with crappy computer/videocards are having this problem and lets face it; I'm in the minority. Not complaining just saying its unfortunate.Nathan D. wrote..

Wait.. what does the developer 1 do?
Can you seriously surpass the 100fps limit in cs? I don't see why you would want to do that, since the 300 stuff doesn't look constant at all.. you'll prolly be dropping below 200 on some occasions.. the question is, is that even noticeable? BTW, what gfx cards are you guys using that have 300 fps?Comment
