Put the demo in SteamApps/email@address.com/counter-strike/cstrike, and de_cpl_mill.bsp in the SteamApps/email@address.com/counter-strike/cstrike/maps (make it if it doesn't exist). Open Steam, open the console, type in "playdemo cpl_mill".



Enjoy the admin laughing maniacally in teamchat while he scouts everybody in the head.

My clan just exited CAL after 3 seasons, partly do to the amount of cheating going on in the league. Our first season in Intermediate we had THREE (yes, THREE) matches overturned because the other team cheated against us. It came down to us asking ourselves "what's the point of playing in CAL? (or any league)" There is no point in spending all that time getting good when half (not as far off as you might think) of the teams outside of CAL-I are cheating.
