I meant that now gamers will be looking at other titles for christmas instead of HL 2, everyone will still rush to buy it when it does finally come out but if there is a good pirate version out before that then a lot of people will want to play it as soon as they can, I don't care whether its pirate or not as long as i get to play it, and i'd rather not wait till april.

Apparently you don't FUCKING realize that the pirated version is NOWHERE near complete.
There are bugs, errors and "office pranks" galore.
It really ruins the story aspect. But of course if you just play games cause you enjoy playing them stupidly with no point whatsoever....

max payne 2 was great, even if it was 5 hours long. of course it's not better than something like half life with multiplayer and all that, but you still can't deny that reloading in max payne 2 bullet time was some of the coolest shit u've ever seen in a game.Comment

Well i can tell u Summin, when this guy hacked valve, they were in deep shit, cuz they had already been delaying this game so many times before...AND you guys know, if this guy hadn't hacked valve you still had 2 wait this long for HL2, just face IT, the game was not finished and thats it. Ill don't exactly remember what anon wrote readme in the source/beta leak that he spread but ill try my best in recreating his words wich i totally agree with..."I admit it, I hacked Valve...no question about it, but what really pisses me off is the shit valve is blaming me for...---->the delay<---- i mean what difference does it make...i only took what they had, cant do anything more so just face it THEY were never finished...they just felt sooo lucky when i took their half-finished beta and the codes for it..."
