CAL-i Season 9 Week 8:2 Results :: de_cbble

Thursday's CAL-i matches resulted in a number of razor-thin wins for teams, most notably the high-profile matches. A win is still a win, and wins are what ultimately help teams the most when CAL assesses playoff seedings. Yesterday's matches mark the end of the regular CAL season before playoffs start. Fallacy will be writing up some playoff coverage for CSN soon, so stay tuned!



United 5 recovered from their losing streak to beat Rival. 3D lost their second straight game, this time to TSG. Shock won their match versus TEC. All of these matches were unbelievably close 13-11 games and the pressure will now intensify on these teams as they enter playoffs. TSG still has one match to make up, versus EG. If TSG does as well as they did playing 3D, then they'll win the Gamma title.

i was watching 3d, and it was 7-5 (zex) the first half, then the next half tsg got all the pistol rounds, and more rounds with it being 6 TSG, 2 3D. and which ties it up, and i thought 3d did an incredibly stupid move by pushing up middle in cbble, because they tried going up middle before this and failed. But i guess they just figured TSG wouldnt expect that, but surprisingly they did :\



standards? this is cal, 3d only really practices hard for the cpl, or events which involve money. to think of it, it would be cool if cal gave prizes, even if they were small, plus TSG is a really good team with their new lineup

well, almost all of TSG's starters came from zEx, so we can just call them old zEx hehe.
