I think he was talking about the fact that shield has horrible hitboxes so that you can't shoot their exposed parts and often even when they lower their shield you can't shoot them and it's all just guess work.

When the update reverted it removed several of my cache files, including dod, opfor and cs - wouldn't let it remove more and wiped it.

Forunatly I just got the full install with this months DVD Zone (pc zone).

Wow my steam had so many probs with that update. Looks like the main reason they made steam (to have auto-updates) isnt even working? Wow smart one to take out the 100+ meg .exe's that everyone was fine with :-)

steam is the sole reason i dont play CS any longer, im gonna wait for it to either disappear, or.... well, as long as sumthing as NONworking, laggy, buggy, crappy, useless, worthless and a general pain in the backside as steam is forced on us, fahk it!

man everytime it says updating i dont see the percentages so i keep think it hanged on me and i keep restarting. =(

this is utter bullshit. im now going to have to reinstall one gig of cache because some teeny bopper technicians at valve that think they can improve upon somthing that has been hailed "perfect" by gamers for the past 4 years. Fucking teeny bopper sonsofbitches.

lol i restarted, and not only are all the files deleted i cant even enter steam without an error :x
