    TeamSpeak PHPNuke Block V1.0!

Fubarfish2 has announced version 1.0 of their PHPNuke block for the TeamSpeak voice-comm utility. This block allows you to add a section to your PHPNuke powered site showing who is currently using TeamSpeak. PHPNuke is a content management system for you website, allowing easy posting of news and information.

This release also includes a PHPNuke module by thzclan called Webpost, which apparently "is a must for this block to work with the login feature."

Hey, if you use Teamspeak then this sounds damn cool, and if you don't... maybe you should. Visit fubarfish2.com for the download and a demo. Thanks to fhfghost for the information.

Im not a big fan of PHPNuke as unless you put lots of effort into it, all the sites look the same.

I'd be intrested to look at the code though just so i can stick it on our clans webby.

Ingame voice doesn't allow comms between people that are alive and dead.. This is somewhat of a handicap for clans in clanmatches etc where you like to be able to communicate all the time..

                  can u say: "Ghosting" ?

and the voice comm sounds more like noise comm. the quality is terrible.

It is ghosting, but not too terrible since in clan matches the camera is locked. It's only legal because

                      1. Leagues have no way of proving you used it/ghosted.

                      2. It counters LAN center players, who obviously have an advantage.

I think at monitord events like CPL, once you're dead nothing can come out of your mouth. Which makes sense, because you're dead.

                      Don't know for sure though.

                            1. true dat. on pubs its a very easy form of legal undetected (possibly forever) wallhack.

                            2. in LANS u have the advantage of smashing a cheaters face in.

isnt fade to black also used in serious online matches? and ive read somewhere that in the CPL the person who died is allowed to tell the other alive team members which location he died at and possibly where he spotted his killer b4 his screen faded to black. i also read that the european players were not used to this rule in the US CPL.

Fade to black isn't used anymore.

At CPL and almost all LAN tournaments, you cannot talk while your dead unless to other teammates that are dead. You can't tell your team where you died if they are alive.

Many of them weren't, because alot of European LANs allow you to talk while you're dead. And the Europeans are still better than us, go figure.
