What I've read so far in that is just common sense if you've ever toyed with rates or fps in the past. Not very enlightening. Actually redundant.

What exactly does your comment mean? If it's junk then just don't waste your time posting.

I read the guide on Sogamed and I see that there's some conflict with that guide and HLToolz2.0b. gl_cull "1" means render only visible objects from the guide on Sogamed. On HLToolz it was telling us the complete opposite.

I know this is off topic, but i am pissed. I just got done playin on a server and this guy was blatently cheating. He got all headshots and when i watched in first person, his cursor was not on the ppl at all. I thought steam was supposed to be the end of haxors?

Last night, I saw a guy come into a server and pull off 60 headshots with many of them through walls and floors on de_chateau. It was sad.



As long as people continue to play CS, cheating will never cease.

I've been using zEx's config tweaks for a while and they don't seem to hurt. Seeing as how FPS in CS is dependant on so many factors it's tough to tell how much of a FPS gain you get from certain tweaks.



EL17E: Even if someone was cheating their crosshair would be on enemies' heads. Also I don't ever recall anyone saying Steam would end hacking; totally preventing hacking in any modern game is near impossible.
