• counter-script has finally been on track with a nice set of new scripts to use for 1.6 which you can get them right now.
  
  
  
  
• akimbot 2.9 has been released to the public recently. for you cs bot adoring fans that have been heartbroken over the loss of the official bots in cs 1.6 final, this bot would be a good choice since it is fully compatiable with 1.6 and steam. now off you go killing helpless bots over and over again!

At last all your bot killing, script using, anti-cheating method ways of playing CS have come true!

This is important about the bots: if you have win2k or winxp, you need to set the compatibility mode (of steam.exe and hl.exe) to Win98.

the bots a pretty stupid sometimes ie jumping up and down at the bombsite while holding the bomb and whole team waiting at spawn (probably waypoints though)
