Ultimate Arena Converted to CS 1.6

Ultimate Arena, the leading platform where multiplayer online gamers can create their own tournaments for cash prizes, has converted to Counter-Strike 1.6. What this means is that you can now create a tournament at www.UltimateArena.com and play against someone for money! Ultimate Arena is tied into PayPal so that you know that your money is safe and secure in the hands of PayPal and Ultimate Arena.

They guarantee that your game is hack free. If for some reason your opponent hacked, your money comes back.

So couldn't anyone who lost say their opponent hacked? There isn't really a way to prove it with undetected hacks if they play unobviously...
