Delete .blob file in steam directory.

whats with my tab buttons on the start up window for steam for logging on to cs/dod?? they all say "#SteamRoo." i dont get it.
oh and my friends works and so does my server list but cant log on to any servers due to "Error verifying STEAM UserID Ticket"!??! i'm beyond mad, angry, sad, annoyed, disgusted ... i feel sooooo ....
