It dosen't say anything about how and IF the shield has been toned down to remove the GOD effect when you have it equipped. Even without the exploit it was a stupid rectangular piece of black metal that gave you invincibility (pretty close).



The hitboxes were tweaked up until 1.3/1.4 to make them more consistent and the addtion of this black piece of shit only makes me wonder how completely random it must be to hit someone with a shield.



Fuck, remove it from cs. It doesn't enhance gameplay in any way, the only thing it does is make competetive cs a joke.

try shooting a deagle... drop the shield shoot the deagle and dropping the shield again and shooting the deagle.

I tested now:

» still invencible with shield (buy with deployed)

» no reload needed (drop/take shield)

» throw nades the press "lastinv" (Q by default) still crashes server
