Unfortunately, due to Hurricane Isabel, I have lost power and cable internet (I am running "a" computer off of my truck for power and using AOL's excellent (pfft) dial-up internet). Therefore, I do not know if the Steam Friends Service is back online or not. I am sure one of the other wonderful news posters here at CS-Nation will edit this news article to let you know if it is back up or not.
