Well it has to be big, it's on you're television set and you're backed away farther from it than you are to your computer screen.

I think we've got a Counter Strike 1.5 on our hands here, And no I don't mean the patch I mean T.F.C. style. Similar gameplay and maps but with better graphics. Looks nice I hope they release it for the rest of the consoles too.

I'm not terribly impressed by the appearance of it - it looks cartoony, and like it's in 640x480. The gun models look pretty crappy from these screenshots.



The line "You are dead and watching another player" is pretty stupid - spec mode would have worked just as well.



I like the font better than 1.6 - who knows, maybe this is some ghastly ploy by valve to get people to buy pcs and get Steam!



And the Dust map looks like crap - way too dark and dreary. Overall - I'll probably just rent it and see if I like it before spending the money - besides, gotta save up for that 9800 pro so I can play HL2!

yea, the dust map needs to be left alone, only things they should only change is the graffiti on the walls, i miss the bunny rabbit at terrorist base when 1.3 was out, but no they tooked it off and put some logo up. also i cant believe there's only 11% that loves 1.6, people need to stop bitching bout riot shields, i hear at least 10 people say it's gay each day, just because you don't know how to go around the guy and shoot him, then shut up, because he can't shoot you when he's blocking, so you wait until he moves his damn shield, pull the trigger, NOW STFU, because 1.6 kicks ASS !!!

when you have a sheild u can have it down but facing the enemy than just quickly turn, shoot, turn back and they cant shoot you

yeah if you read DAVEj's site, he says one of the biggist things about dust, was that it was BRIGHT, and out in the open.. CONTRARY to the main dungy default cs maps back then... this is counter-dust
