Get with the times bro, Counter-Strike movies aren't "new" anymore and generally don't hold anyone's attention.



The movie was already submitted as a news item, yet no one cared about it, so it didn't get posted.



Go back to warner brothers with your goddamn movie advertising.

NO ONE cares about them... which is why Pandora's Box was posted only a few days ago, and why everyone is scrambling for only a taste of The Family God's upcoming movie.



What we really want to see is "5TH CPL UPDATE OF THE DAY MASSIVE FUCKING BOLD TYPE OH GOD SOME CLAN BEAT SOME OTHER CLAN HOLY SHIT THIS IS LIKE BREAKING NEWS OMFG ONLY ON CS-NATION COVERING THE FUTURE OF COUNTER-STRIKE".



Seriously, only a very small part of the community actually cares about esports, and yet over half the news posted on CSN in the past few wee- make that months has been esports related. Most people could care less about an interview with some clan (OMG TEHY R LIEK DA BEST AT CS THEY R MY IDOLS!!!11), who beat who, or what new scandal is going on in the "esports scene".



Packet Loss as of now has over 1400 downloads. It had over 500 from the random people surfing FilePlanet alone, and since being posted on CS Central (www.cscentral.com), the numbers are still growing.

i thought this newspost was about the training for money, not about cs movies that sux / own / should be on CS-Nation.........



imo this is way to expencive and you get the Same results by just watching war demo's of 3D & stuff.........

Element over on SK, said he was already booked for 5/300 dollars in five hours before bds reigned him in. If through training these guys get a grand a week, I would have to say that it is a pretty wise move with a definite market. Some of their trianing will inevitabley trickledown to the average players, in their methods, I do belive there is plenty you can learn form these guys. The fact is some of you practice as much as these guys, already and yet are not a patch. Some of it is learned skill as well as talent. This is the type of thing that will propel progaming further on, So what if its rich kids that get benefit from this, More incentive for you to get rich!

Shut up. CS-Nation is a General site, meaning it covers all aspects of the counter-strike scene. Such as, eSports, movies, LANs, etc., etc. Just because you don't like seeing it doesn't mean that there aren't other people who would like to see that. The CPL is an important event, and deserved such wide coverage on CSN.

You have no idea what the people want to have on the site, neither do I, and neither do the news posters. That's why news is submitted. That way, CSN can cover a wide range of topics that appeal to 100% of the community. gotFrag has better eSports coverage, yeah, but CSN is a general counter-strike site, and right now, eSports are pretty damn important. I don't like people like you. People that have nothing better to do than come on the CS-Nation Comments and say how much CS-Nation sucks, and how we never do anything you want. Jesus Christ, this isn't Solid Snake 88-Nation, get over yourself.

I didn't post the packet loss movie when it was first submitted because i figured it was just another 2 minute crap job and something not worth being posted on CSN. there are tons of community submitted projects/skin packs/movies/etc and we try to only pick the best. I let that one slip by without thinking too much of it but next time i'll take more time to see if something is news worthy or not but it's too late to post it now. the first 20 comment post would be something like this:

"This was already posted days ago on _____.com"



"old news"



"WOW GREAT JOB STAYING UP TO DATE ON THE NEWS"

etc etc.



so yea that's my story for not posting it, kind of a misjudgement on my part but i'm new at this. i blame orphy.

While trying not to take sides here, you might want to keep an eye out for new cs movies because the new FRAPS 2.0 greatly increases the quality of these videos, allowing sync sound, voiceover and stuff
