ESEA Goes Live

Alright esport fans it's time to be honest. How would you like to be able to run faster, jump higher, and play better? Well if you answered yes to anything but play better you're on the wrong site, but if CS is your game and winning is your name then keep on reading. E-Sports Entertainment Association has opened its doors to the public and, among other things, is now giving lessons in league play covering gun tactics, map strategies, and team play tips with the "best gamers in the industry."



Their Half-Life Counter-Strike instructor list is an all-star lineup consisting of:

• brian "destrukt" flander of rdw
  
  
• sean "bullseye" morgan of team 3d
  
  
• johnny "boms" quach of zex

The price for this world class training is $25 an hour for individual training, and $50 an hour for team training.



All the details can be found at the ESEA website. If you don't have such deep pockets you can always learn the old fashion way by scrim practice and watching others.

while i'm open to esports and such i fail to see what you can really get out of this for the money. How much can you fully learn without the instructor there in person, and how much better is it than just watching demos of skilled teams. I think it would be a quick way to get the basics of league play and maybe some nifty strats, but in the long run i don't think you can expect your skill to really be boosted all that much.

Anyone else think this is dumb? You cannot teach someone something that requires constant practice, and of course skill itself.



Who are the clients kidding? And I've also noticed they train groups. But I noticed only 2 of them are from the same team, so how would the team/group skill building work if they haven't previously worked on these things.

i bet u can get EQUALLY as good without paying for damn lessons, and instead, practicing and seeing demos of good people playing.

thats pretty expensive, maybe if they said 5$ an hour that would seem more reasonable. I still wouldn't pay for that though.
