Diamond Dust what are you trying to tell me? That some tactical genius will make the shield worth more to a team than an m4/ak/awp ?

The Shield is great I mean why go with armor and a pistol when you can go with a shield and a pistol. They cost the same.

afaik the shield is only available for cts, and why would a ct really ever want a usp + kevlar/helmet ?

I usually see people using a variety of weapons, like p228, 5-7 AUG, SIG, scout... many people swear by these weapons. Granted, some guns could stand to be beefed up a little (UMP, automatic snipers) I don't see it as a big problem.



Speaking of the scout, why on earth was its sound modified in 1.6 to about three times the pitch and volume?

As for 1.6, I like it, aztec and inferno look good, not sure about the FAMAS but the Galil seems a good edition. Also mp5 and glock seem better

Most people I've encountered with a shield stand there and look at you and wait - I'll fire a few rounds then fake a reload while aiming at their head. They almost always try and take me - and BOOM head-shot!



I've come up against some of the shield "pros" mentioned - they fall for the same tricks figuring that if the enemy is reloading that he's killable. R Q Q Head-shot!



I think the "spell check" button is really nice and fun to use. That way my posts come out nice and spelling-error free!

I like the shield but the T's need a "area-effect" weapon to counter it like the Molotov-cocktail. that way the CT's can't just push there way down a hallway like a convoy of Bradly Fighting Vehicles. i always see the south Korean students using the Molotov on the riot police; looks like fun. another random suggestion to improve my CS: reprice the Mac10. it should be a lot cheaper than a MP-5. same goes for the TMP but to a lesser extent. i think instead of changing the way the weapons perform, "balancing" could be done by simply changing the prices.

u don't know...but when i kill a shielder, i feel like i hit a home run! i use the tmp most becuase it has little recoil, and love going uber ninja mode as rizzuh calls it
