Console Connector++ 0.5a

Console Connector has updated to version 0.5a. CC is a utility that launches console, and automatically retries a server until a free spot is open, at which point it enters the game. It works wonders for servers with enormous communities.

• added support for hostname's for the ips, eg games.gen.nz:27015
  
  
• fixed some minor bugs (including the about screen problem)
  
  
• added/improved upon language
  
  
• removed the connection detection system (may add as an option in future versions). this means it will work with cheating death. the only downfall is if you don't connect the first time you will have to exit and start again. i will add a hot key in the next version if you like it better
  
  
• fixed problem where pushing enter would result in close the dialog windows
  
  
• added button so now it brings up a window so you can easily select your half-life executable
  
  
• language names have been changed to their real names except for "russian", at least i think. if i'm wrong please submit the real name in the forum
  
  
• added ability to copy the ip of the server and modify the server's details once you have added it

I respect Console Connector a lot because it helps me a lot. When people compare it to programs like HLSW (god I hate anybody who uses it..) then I take it as a personal insult.

I think HLSW is useful for remote RCONing. Though I very rarely use it to connect on a server.
