cs isnt particularly violent. take a look at quake3, now thats violence and GORE. the violence we see in CS is similar to that on TV/cinema nowadays. quake3 violence however is a lot more extreme.

Screw non-violent cs, show them something more awful than what ever made them depressed like a nuke, kamikazee, or plague and they'll cheer right up.
