Steam Goes Public

Yes, it is true. Steam has finally gone public. Not that it was hard to find (CS-Nationalists ). With the public release, Steam has completely re-done their website.



On another note, a new platform was released today. It addressed more startup/shutdown issues that people were still having. VALVe has also added additional content servers to provide extra bandwidth for the upcoming release of HL2 media expected this weekend.

Who really cares about an offical release? I've has Steam since it was released. If you guys really wanted to try steam, then you would go download it of kazaa or just find it somewhere on the web.
