I personally use Linux and I like it. It's called a joke.

I don't have a problem with humor. I have a problem with humor that doesn't look like humor because it looks both unfunny and unintentional. If you notice, I did use your joke about the three people who use Linux to play CS because the number sounds about right.

Perfect example of a pseudo-good model.

Each little bit of the model itself is pretty well made - hey just don't go well together though. The aimpoint looks slightly wonky in-game and is simply perched on top of the gun which looks slightly odd too. The LAM (I'm assuming that is what it's meant to be) is pointless, it may look nice in the renders but you'll never see it in-game bar for half a second when you reload. The 'waffle' magazine (which for some reason has had most of the detail actually modelled on, a pointless waste of time) is also hidden in-game and frankly it could just be simple block of plain black and you wouldn't notice much difference. the folding stock is only ever used during the draw animation, at all other times you won't see it at all.

The skins are a little bit under-contrasted but that seems to be the trend with new models nowadays. The annoying perma-dust reflection is still on that scope, which while it's a nice thought, frankly looks quite horrible - especially if you bother to play on anything other than de_dust. There's also some slight texture misalignment but thankfully you won't notice that much in-game. Not much else to say on the skinning, it's just fairly standard.

Animations are... well, frankly the default CS1.6 animations (and also thus origins) are nicer, simple as that. These may be more realistic sure, but shooting this thing on full auto or even on just prolonged bursts looks odd, the reload is highly dull (given these animations are obivously trying for a more realistic approach, it's funny how the guy can, with one hand, insert a clip perfectly first time without needing even half a second to line up). Same goes for the draw and silencer on/off animations too - they're okay but dull and there's something about them which is just not 'right'.

Overall, a barely above-average model by today's standards. There are many M4A1 replacements much nicer than this one, even ones along the same lines as this, so there's really not much point in using this model to be perfectly frank. If the makers had spent an extra hour or so modifing the skin, had put a bit of extra thought into the modelling and had slapped this on some pleasent animations, it might have possible been good. Bottom line is though, this looks like a rushed job that relies on pretty renders and famous modeller's names to make it 'sell'.

                    Don't bother with it.

really 7.5, a bit rough around the edges and some so-so animz, but not bad otherwise.

Seems like the average hack, nothing truly wrong with it just a bunch of overlooked areas. I noticed a few problems just from the render and the speculation I had then was confirmed when taking it in game. Mainly the skins clash, each part that was hacked together has a different hue, the scope is blue, as is the silencer, the picatinny rails have a reddish brown hue and the rest are just matte black. Also when looking at it in game I just about knew it had smoothing errors, but when I looked at it in HLMV it turned out to be vertices errors.

Simply, there are too many things that draw away from the model for me to like it.
