CPL matches go to 13 wins for one team. CAL-I matches play the full 24 rounds. So you have them backward.

No, actually I do not. Go read the rules, if a team forfeits the winning team gets 13 won rounds, and no losing rounds counted against them. The losing team gets 13 losing rounds counted against them and no winning rounds towards them.
