    CSports.net CPL World Rankings

    CSports.net has put up their official CPL world rankings, and have placed Swedish team GoL in first place, and CPL Pentium 4 Summer Event champs SK.sca in second place. American team rs rounds out the top three.

      I still think it's weird that the champs are in second place.

          It is sorta weird, but these rankings don't just reflect a team's performance in the last CPL tournament, but rather their overall performance in all CPL tournies, so the scores make a bit more sense in that regard. BTW, thanks to PHL for the news.

                  That ranking is strange..



                  How can a team with a 5th & 8th result in only 2 tournaments be 3rd in the overall ranking above teams that are clearly better..



                  I think the system of awarding higher points to the Dallas tournaments then some of the top European tournaments is wrong, because clearly the standard of competition in Europe is higher..

                      I was playing with an rs guy today. rs philis or something like that. He was a complete asshole and he's not that good. I take it he doesn't play in the matches.



                      Oh yeah, I also take it he should fuck off and die.

                              Yah, maybe somebody else knows for sure, but the recent CPL tourny may have been the first one 3D was in, and it seems like all the other teams in the rankings have at least two tournaments. So 3D may have been excluded from this ranking coz they don't have enough "at-bats".

                                  god the rankings are so fucked up rs does not deserve that ranking they fucked up dops ranking too we have been to more than 3 cpl events. we got 2nd at the babbages cpl, 9th at the speakeasy, 2nd at the 4year aniversary cpl, 2nd at the Cpl invite lan, 8th at the CPL Wc, And 4th At the Pentum 4 Summer CPL. Im glad they can count
