Counter-Strike Desert Operations

If you're looking for a little spice, or sand, in your CS, Xtreme sent us news that he has started work on a mod of CS 1.3 called Counter-Strike Desert Operations. All the missions in this separate mod will be based in the desert, and will feature new weapons and teams.



We don't have any screenshots for you at this time, but we'll let you know more as soon as we know more.

All i can say is...is this multiplayer? I take it there is no website with more information? CSN probably shouldn't post about possible vaporware (no offense to Xtreme but mod announcements are probably carried through to beta about 1 out of every 10 times) mods.

its like another company starting a game called Half-Life:2..



if it has new weapons and teams it isnt a MOD for cs.. since you cant mod cs like that (unless you some how have the code..)

Yeah, although bunnyhopping in the sand makes even less sense than in a normal CS map.
