GirlzClan Interview At GameGal

Girls in gaming has proven to be a popular subject lately, and now GameGal.com has written up an interview with GirlzClan leader Starlight. The interview is about a dozen questions, and features Girlzclan specific questions and some general questions:

Q: I know you have children and a job--how do you make time to play video games?

A: I juggle my playing time between, my two small children, my part-time job and my boyfriend Adrian who ironically I met through playing the game. Given the fact that he has been in the clan and gaming scene for three plus years, Adrian is very understanding about all the time and dedication it takes to run a clan. His web hosting company that he and his friend Greg co-own and operate has also sponsored the Girlz. They have provided us with a new, spectacular website, hosted our girlzclan.com domain and renewed our domain name for us

Heh, girls clan use to play on my old clan server. Most youngins (read: not nerds) get hard ons at the thought that an acual living girl could be playing CS. I have seen people not fire at them because they where in girlz. A tactic i should consider in my next CAL match :\

i used to be in a clan with a girl. they are a lot of fun to play with. i wish there were more, i take them seriously.

i would like to see a whole more load of girls playing CS i think girls should play online games as much as boys. and I would probably hesitate to fire at a girl........ in the first round =]

I know I wouldn't join an all-girl clan, because that would just be asking for harassment. I get enough of that when I play CS as it is.
