Militia 2 At Machinima FilmFest

The Family God has sent word that he's planning for Militia 2 to be shown at the inaugural Machinima film festival in Mesquite, Texas on Saturday, August 17th. The event has Nvidia as its primary sponsor, and is expecting coverage from the New York Times, so it has legs. All entries in the Machinima festival are required to have been developed in a real-time virtual 3D engine, which means Militia 2 will be competing against other top notch films, including Quake3 and Unreal engine based movies.



This showing will also coincide with Militia 2's premiere at the International Teen Movie Festival in Toronto at some time between August 16th and 24th. The Family God says that he still plans an internet release of Militia 2 a few days after its film festival premiere, so those of us in the rest of the world have something to look forward to.
