CSBLd Updated to v2.0

The Counter-Strike Black List Database, or CSBLd, has been updated to v2.0. CSBLd serves as a sort of giant database of cheater WONids gleaned from participating servers across the CS spectrum. Besides some network optimizations, the big change in this version is that server registrations are no longer required. Specterx tells us that this will probably be the last major update for CSBLd, so get it here.
