i have a geforce4 mx-440 64mb ddr card

i want a wallhack that will work with this card in cs1.5, that isnt detected, obviously, and that wont piss about with my registry or anything like that. (ive tried some other hacks and i get an error saying that the opengl mode isnt supported on my card.)

btw, gj to valve. Very fast response time to this. Got to compliment you guys.. back in 1.0 through to 1.3 there was almost no action about cheating at all. From this we've gone to a situation where vac detects every public hack (at least, the ones I'm aware of) and many private ones that use similar loading methods. Gj again

I had the same problem as die_scum. To my knowledge, I don't have any cheats whatsoever (as indicated by my often mediocre score) on my computer. I was playing this morning, no problems at all, and then I tried to play this afternoon, and no dice. I deleted my Half-Life folder and my cstrike folder and reinstalled everything (except for the hack :P) and still, no go. I can't play cs anymore.



So, what I'm trying to say instant, permanent ban is a little hasty because of the possible false positives it generates. I'm sure they'll fix it eventually.

You should have read the other posts pertaining to your quote. die_scum ended up being a cheater, who posted on the OGC forums about having cheats on his computer and then deleting them and coming back on the server. His point was that the VAC didn't ban him.

I agree that people may try and get others banned, or others using a key they stole etc.



Maybe it should globally ban the wonID for a week, the IP for two weeks and the alias for a day :)
