There is a problem with the funpack. The default installation path is C:\SEIRRA\Half-Life - where SEIRRA is spelled incorrectly. be sure you have it spelled correctly before extracting. i learned this the hard way.

So we'd have to make a new category? CMWSMPOTD? Too complicated. SinaC: that would be assuming that someone would want to download more maps than they will ever play.

I have a question. I am in a league and I have replaced a couple my models from the SOTD. I forgot to backup the original ones. Is it possible to get the default ones from someone or a website?

you can get the original models from http://www.counterstrikecenter.com

just click on the player/weapon you want and skim through the pages

During the installation of The Funmaps v2, There is a directory mispelling. The pre-set directory for install is C:\SEIRRA\Half-Life,

but it is supposed to be C:\Sierra\Half-Life.



So watch out, or else the mappack will be useless if installed in the wrong DIR.

This is why I prefer the .ZIP archive. You can extract to a temporary folder, pick and choose the maps you want, and delete the rest.

k1nk0s: It's easier to just reinstall. I don't think OGL/XGL/PG other leagues care. CAL/RGL are the only ones that enforce the rule @ all. :\

Nope, it has to be under 5.5MB :'(

All the fmc map packs are archiver compatible -You can manually extract the files just like a zip/rar file.

Well, I am in BQL. www.bqleagues.com/cs/ And I read in the rules that they it is not allowed to have custom models. but for some reason they looked exactly like CAL rules...
