There's no way a new computer will take me from below 25% efficiency to the 7-0, 20-4 scores you were racking up last night. And it's a constant thing, you do that every time we play, so it's not like it was just a random lucky night for you. I think I'd need neural implants and ESP to play like you.

This stuff is fugly. This is only useful for people trying to squeeze fps out of their game. I can't believe the skins were so incredibly horrifying. Ugh.

1600x1200 is damn near impossible to play in... Hey, anyone know where I could find some low-quality player skins so my friend with a shitty PC can play?

If you're interested in low-quality (and low poly) reskins and model hacks, I've got a couple ones up at CS Center. And the reason that I don't play on 1600x1400 is that my computer is not set up for a 8:7 square format. It's for 4:3 resolutions, like 800x600 and 200x150, which I would play at if I could.

Tetris is a l337 game. I got this version called "Tetrinet", and you can play online with it. It's pretty cool. Although it still has problems running that, unless I make an unholy sacrifice of still-born RAM on the Altar of the Motherboard.

Go to a 17 inch monitor(or bigger I suppose) at 800x600 or 1024x768 with 60 fps and I can promise you'll be good dice. Alot of people even have 19 inch monitors even. At low res's the bullet won't even be nearly acurate enough no matter how you aim. All you can really do is snipe. Dice get a new comp for 200 bucks.

Of course, a good mouse is essential too. My current one only likes to move in 5-pixel jumps.

                        Which isn't nice.

Mine does that when it's low on batteries. I have an optical wireless mouse and keyboard. As for my monitor, yep, it's a 19", which makes 400x300 res look really funny. And I wish a new comp cost $200, where are you getting that from?

Dice... 12 fps with that low a resolution. Definitely need a new comp. Be like me and get 99fps on 1600x1200
