Daniel suspends TAF?

After last night's shocking defeat over Riot Squad, Total Annilihation Factor has been suspended from all CAL play. "TAF's suspension is due to the fact that there is a VERY HIGH LIKELIHOOD that the individual playing," said CAL's Michael on the identity of who played as "Bennette" in lasts night's match, "is the suspended Daniel."



Daniel admitted using a wallhack after his clan, Team Solid--now known as Cooler Guys Renegade, beat Domain of Pain in an upset RGL-invite league match (later, DoP beat Solid in a rematch). His clan, the RGL, and the CAL/CPL all ousted Daniel from play. It's unknown if TAF was a willing participant in this act, assuming Daniel was actually used.



TAF has been removed from play the remainder of the CAL-i season. Apparently the lame train is on fire today. Thanks for the news DarkOmen.

I cant believe how many wallhacks are being used lately. If you wanna cheat, just go join a clan like JAPS where you where never be in a league anyway. (unless its a cheating league)

i dont believe someone such as daniel used a wallhack because he wanted to cheat, rather, he wanted to win some cal-i matches. Big difference there, competitive cheating has nothing to do with goons looking to ruin the cs community such as mygot.

When Daniel got suspended before, I remember being surprised by the number of people on the then named Geekboys who demanded that the CPL be merciful on him. I hope there's a lot of silence this time around. Daniel should be the first Pete Rose of esports.

I didn't see the match, but was it that blatantly obvious that this guy was cheating? I hope it's just not a knee-jerk paranoia-induced reaction. May cheaters be set aflame and their bandwidth redistributed to the pure!

That demo (in the ocmments of the match article) of Daniel/Bennette cheating was taken from a match vs iwa on Nuke, whereas he's being suspended for dodgy play in a match against [rs]?

Is there a demo of this about anywhere?

I hope they more than suspect them of cheating and have some physical proof, it strikes me as ulikely that a player banned from Cal would so easily get into another CAL Invite clan.

I think they do have some sort of proof or extremely reasonable suspicion. The CAL strikes me as a pretty professional (comparatively) organization.
