As for the graphics card, i have to agree with all of you that this is the wrong step to take as a company. I guess they're losing money and trying to stimulate their financial income. This will help the company for about maybe a week or two. If the wallhack fix comes out for the vid card, many of the ECS customers will stop buying from them, if they haven't already. I play in my friend's LAN pub first.
As a matter of fact, each comp has the CPU well kept inside a cupboard by lock and key hence no one can install anything they want.
Second, I live in Asia and my crappy 4MB vid card ain't helping me a lot cos I got a 56k.
Finally, I practise CS quite often, hence i dont cheat.

Well I was just gonna change all the textures to White, Download some really loud sounds and some super-bright skins...spiked if possible....But this is much better.
